Oui. Tout ce qui est dit ou écrit durant la médiation est protégé et n'est pas recevable en preuve. Le médiateur est tenu au secret professionnel le plus strict.

Comment se déroule une médiation ?

Analyse confidentielle du dossier, cadrage des véritables enjeux, séances de discussion structurées (incluant des caucus privés au besoin), puis rédaction d'une entente sur mesure validée par les parties.

Qui paie les honoraires du médiateur ?

Les honoraires sont généralement partagés en parts égales entre les parties, sur une base horaire convenue à l'avance dans le protocole de participation.
